Cooksey lives with obstructive sleep apnea, and she started the Sleep Apnea Stories podcast in 2020.

Here, she discusses the importance of advocating for patients battling sleep disorders and talks about Project Sleep’s Sleep Helpline, which is the only national sleep helpline designed to provide personalized support and resources for people and families facing sleep issues and disorders.
