Spyropoulos, MD, professor of medicine at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, and professor at the Institute of Health Innovations & Outcomes Research, Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research, talks about the use of rivaroxaban in the treatment of VTE, as well as how COVID-19 has impacted his practice. Dr. Spyropoulos is also the Director of Anticoagulation and Clinical Thrombosis Services at Northwell Health.
