Eric Griggs, MD

Dr. Eric Griggs, known globally as “Doc Griggs,” is a Community Medicine doctor and Health Educator. He is an Assistant Professor at LSU School of Medicine, Adjunct Professor at Xavier University College of Pharmacy, and Associate Vice President of Community Health Affairs at Access Health Louisiana. As the founder and CEO of Doc Griggs Enterprises, LLC, he champions community health through education and his “Get Checked. Get Fit. Get Moving!®” initiative. Dr. Griggs serves as Vice-Chair of the World Health & Wellness Committee of the 100 Black Men of America and was recently named International Health and Wellness Ambassador by the U.S. Congress for Louisiana’s 2nd Congressional District.
