Interwell Health Marks Milestone With 2000 Nephrologists in Network

Kidney care management company Interwell Health announced that it has achieved the milestone of surpassing 2000 nephrologists in its provider network. Its provider network is now the largest in value-based kidney care.

Interwell has added more than 300 physicians and more than 75 nephrology practices in just the last year. Its network includes single practitioners and large urban nephrology groups spanning more than 210 network practices and 38 states, plus Puerto Rico.

“More and more nephrologists are embracing the shift to value-based kidney care and our mutual goal to improve outcomes for patients while lowering costs,” said George Hart, MD, chief medical officer for Interwell Health. “We are proud to support practices with the resources needed to succeed in value-based agreements with government and private payers.”
